Purpose of the library

Pet Care Sheets lets visitors read template pages and download the .xlsx files that are actually published. Public access does not require a purchase, subscription or user account.

Use of the files

You may download an available file and adapt it as a working copy, subject to the rights that apply to its components. Without an additional express license, download does not authorize resale, public redistribution or offering unchanged copies as your own product.

Format and compatibility

Files use the Office Open XML .xlsx format and are not intended to contain macros. Formulas, validation, charts and appearance can vary by software and version. Each template page describes verified workbook properties, but the site does not promise universal compatibility with every spreadsheet application.

Example data and results

Names, rows and values included in a workbook are fictional examples. Replace them with reviewed data and validate units, periods, taxes, policies, cell references and results. A spreadsheet does not replace a veterinary, tax, employment, contractual or regulatory record.

Changes and availability

Moving columns, deleting cells or changing formulas can break references. Keep an original copy and test changes. Pet Care Sheets may correct, update or remove an incorrect file without promising permanent availability or individual support.

Responsibility for use

Descriptions are intended to reflect each file and its known limits. The user remains responsible for reviewing inputs, calculations and suitability for the intended context. Mandatory rights and responsibilities are not excluded by these terms.

Report a problem

If a formula, label or instruction appears inconsistent, use the contact form and include the URL, worksheet, cell and observed result without private data. See also Privacy.
