About Pet Care Sheets

A workbook library built around real pet-care tasks

Pet Care Sheets publishes editable .xlsx files for independent groomers, boarding facilities, daycare, pet sitters and dog walkers. Every template page explains the job it supports, the inputs it expects and the limits to check before use.

What the collection organizes

The library begins with recurring operating work: onboarding clients, planning appointments, preparing grooming services, coordinating stays, reviewing money and keeping facilities or supplies in order. Six categories separate those decisions so a single workbook does not become an unreviewable substitute for every business system.

How a workbook is presented

Each file starts from a defined use. Its worksheets use named fields, example data and formulas that can be traced. Technical checks confirm that expected sheets and workbook features are present. The accompanying page describes the file that is actually available rather than claiming integrations, automation or services that it does not provide.

Those checks are not professional certification or a promise that a workbook fits every local rule. After replacing sample data or changing structure, the user still needs to verify units, dates, formulas, policies and results.

When another tool is a better fit

Spreadsheets can help with periodic work and clearly bounded records. Live collaboration, role-based access, payment processing, automated reminders, medical records and system integrations call for purpose-built software and, where appropriate, qualified advice.

Editorial responsibility

Two focus areas across the library

Editorial portrait of Tessa Marlowe
Client records and service workflows

Tessa Marlowe

Workbook QA and operating controls

Caleb Hensley

Caleb organizes guidance around formulas, capacity, costs, supplies and recurring operating controls. His editorial focus is making inputs, calculated fields and practical limits easy to locate before a workbook is adapted to a real business.
